New Albany NJROTC develops confident, capable students through leadership education, citizenship, and personal responsibility. Cadets learn teamwork, time management, and communication while building pride in themselves and their country. Our program blends Naval heritage with practical skills-physical fitness, drill and ceremonies, and community service-creating a positive environment where students grow academically and personally. Whether a cadet is preparing for college, career, or military service, NJROTC provides structure, mentorship, and opportunities to lead. Everyone is welcome-no military commitment is required.
